Difficulty with Icon Box - by Infov - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello

We have an icon box with PDF catalogues. If you press “download catalogues” you see required blank shaces for e-mail, name and so on on this page. But we need to press the button and see new window with required fields.

Please provide some screenshots for better understanding.
You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot and provide links of screenshots in Private Content.

All actions happend on the same page, you just click “download catalogue” and automatically in this window see fields for customer information

They are correct, I checked. But maybe now this wp-admin access are using by another support to fix their plugin

Button from Icon Box element haven’t option to open link in new tab, so I would recommend you to use the separate Button element https://prnt.sc/j0pomn
