also, code like,

.class-of-element {
   display: none;
}

can be added in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Custom css for mobile or desctop. Use devtools in chrome browser to find required class.

To find out classes of elements, you may simply inspect the page using devtools in chrome browser https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/inspect-styles/
add custom cs code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css or in style.css file of the child theme.
To access the DevTools, open a web page or web app in Google Chrome. Either:
-Select the Chrome menu Chrome Menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
-Right-click on any page element and select Inspect Element.
The DevTools window will open at the bottom of your Chrome browser.

1. Please check Categories settings in Theme Options > E-commerce
also, to change color of links in the sidebar, you can use this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

.sidebar-widget li a, .widget_product_categories.sidebar-widget ul .open-this:before,
.widget_product_categories.sidebar-widget ul li > ul.children li > a {
    color:  white;
}

2. Theme Options > E-commerce > Single Product Page > Number of slides per view > 4
If this won’t help, try to disable all 3rd party plugins.
