Thumbnail picture too large - by pri1234

When you click on a product and it goes to the single product page the main photo thumbnail is the same size of the actual main product photo. Any help on fixing this is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hello,

Does it work the same way with default theme like Storefront?
Have you tried to disable all 3-rd-party plugins?

I tried the theme storefront I don’t have that problem. I haven’t added any new plugins, I don’t know what it could be. Your help on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

You use an old version of Core plugin, please update the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins then clear cache and check single product page.
If the problem won’t be solved, please provide FTP access. Also, let us know if you made changes in theme template files.

Also, please set 4 in Theme Options > E-commerce > Single Product Page > Number of slides per view.
