Hello,

I’m using Xstore / Electronics child theme

can’t set the shop page to be visible…
I can’t explain why…

Hello,

Please activate parent theme on site to check if the problem caused by changes in the child theme. If this won’t help, try to disable all 3rd party plugins.

OK, done.

It’s an issue with TOOLSET that change the SHOP page, even if I don’t change anything…

Any idea to use TOOL SET and the XSTORE theme ?

Hello,

Provide us Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check what could be done to make the theme compatible with Toolset.

Ok, I’ve just reinstall all the website on another test domain, but this time, the filters don’t appear on the shop page…

Hello,

We have enabled toolset plugin on your test site and don’t see problems with products. Can you, please, reproduce the issue and then reply back? Or tell us what options did you enable at the production site to face the problem?
