    What device do you use?
    Please make sure that your browser is not very old.
    Also, try to check the sidebar on another device.

    Hello,

    I would recommend you to create a staging site (the full copy of live site). There you will be able to do all required updates (WooPress to 4.5.2 and WooCommerce to 3.5.2). Make sure that everything is ok and only after that update everything on the production site.

    Hello,

    Have you cleared cache?
    In which file you added custom css code? I do not see custom.css file.
    To create custom.css you need to rename default.custom.css which is located in theme directory. Also, css code can be added in style.css file of your child theme, but as I can see, you are using parent theme on site.
    If you made changes in style.css of the parent theme, I would recommend you to use a backup and put the custom code into one of the mentioned files.

    1) Which block on the site has the problem with parallax? Could you, please provide a screenshot of the problem?

    Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    2) You need to create custom.css file (rename the file “default.custom.css” which is located in theme directory) or disable “Enable Custom CSS file” in Theme Options > Custom css.

    Please try to update the theme to the latest version (3.9.1) that is fully compatible with the latest WooCommerce version.
    If this doesn’t help, please create a temporary account, that you will be able to delete after solving the problem, and provide us with username and password. Also, provide temporary FTP access with destination folder – legenda theme.
