Good evening, we have a problem with the “royal” theme. When you open a back-end page, any element you try to remove or put with “WpBakery Page Builder” does not work. If there is a text block and you click on the X to delete it this is not deleted, remaining there.

Hello,

Do you use additional plugins? Try to disable 3rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem.
Do you have errors in the console on site?
As I can see, you are using old theme version and one of latest versions of WooCommerce. I would recommend you to create a staging site (the full copy of live site). There you will be able to update Royal thame https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#installation_upgrade and all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/faq/ (How to update plugins included in theme?). Make sure that everything is ok and only after that update everything on the production site. If you use child theme then child theme files should be updated according to new files.
