Deactivate license - by Babysale - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I tried to deactivate the license in WordPress but it doesn’t work. Can you deactivate the license so I can install it on a different domain?

    Hello,

    Have you tried to deactivate theme via XStore dashboard https://prnt.sc/ln09wo ?
    Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to the site where XStore theme needs to be deactivated.

    Hi,

    I did indeed try to deactivate the theme through the dashboard.
    I will give you the login details in the private content area.

    Hello,

    We’ve fixed the problem with the Deactivation in latest theme version (5.1.2). Please update the theme and Core plugin (1.1.7) then you will be able to deactivate XStore theme.
