You can add Product categories widget in “Shop sidebar” or “Shop filter” (Appearance > Widgets) + Enable Accordion for the product categories widget in Theme Options > Shop elements > Categories. Settings for the sidebar and filters you can find in Theme Options > Shop > Shop page Layout.

It requests additional customization in files and is outside the scope of basic theme support.
But you can try such workaround:
Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobiles:

    text-align: center;
}

+ disable fixed header (Theme Options > Header > Fixed Header > Fixed header type > Disable) and change “Return to previous page” text (using Loco translate plugin) to “Return”.
