Do you want to disable the size from the product grid only? In this case, the custom CSS code can be used. Provide me a link to the page, so I can inspect the code and provide you with the custom CSS.

Add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS:

You can upload images for variations – http://prntscr.com/ohnb0m https://xstore.8theme.com/product/flounce/ but it will work on the single product page only in your case, because size and color should be selected.
