Hi,

I don’t know if you can help me with that…
I can’t enter to my slider in revolution slider.
I have an error page : https://prnt.sc/ognwed
It’s like that since three days.

Can you help me ?

Hello,

The 500 error means that there is some Fatal error in PHP script or on the server side. Contact your hosting providers and ask to give you a server error log to check what is wrong.
Also, ask your hosting provider to increase WordPress memory limit to 256MB.

As I can see the Core plugin should be updated on your site http://prntscr.com/ogo2mi , please follow our documentation to do the update via FTP – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update , or you can delete the Core plugin and install the latest version via Appearance > Install plugins.
