Can you support about site speed? i didn’t install my products but website very slow

We’d love to help you optimize your site but that is outside the scope of our support. As was mentioned above, follow recommendations from our documentation:
– disable all the plugins that you don’t use;
– install and configure cache plugin;
– optimize images, for example, http://prntscr.com/oeri99 ;
– contact your host to find out what can be done from their side to speed up the site;
Because every site is individual, contact us after making mentioned steps and we will check what else can be done in your case.

After doing the mentioned main steps, create a new topic on the forum with temporary wp-admin access to your site, we will take a closer look.
