I’ve checked tabs on the mentioned page on mobile (chrome browser) and do not see any problem.
Please, clear cache on your mobile and check tabs one more time; check the page from another device. Are there any conditions for the problem?

As I can see, you imported the Baby Shop demo version already.
To import “Contact us” and “About us” pages of this version, go to XStore > Import Demos > Import of the additional pages > http://prntscr.com/ovfdp7
To install default WC pages (Cart, Shop, My account) go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Create default WooCommerce pages > Create pages.
To change the color of an active menu item http://prntscr.com/ovfeun , go to Theme Options > Typography > Menu > Menu 1 level (hover, active) > Select Color.
You can edit pages of the menu via Appearance > Menus.

1) The background color is white on mobile already, please see screenshot – http://prntscr.com/ou854a How it looks for you? Do you want to change the white color to another one?
2) I’ve changed settings of the font for the menu and do not see any problem – http://prntscr.com/ou87je > http://prntscr.com/ou87mm
If you do not see these changes, it is cache problem, so just clear cache.
