Hello,

We would like to address the issue we came across when we tested our website for mobile using Google SpeedPage Insides. Since the theme is mobile friendly we thought it would be okay but we seem to have some issues. Could you have a look and help us resolve those?

Hello,

we have checked the article and it was not much of help. We think that it may be an issue with WPBakery Page Builder. For a mobile main page, we have implemented the changes that we hid certain elements on mobile that are only visible on PC. We think that those elements that are hidden on mobile are still loading on mobile and that is slowing the mobile website – can you confirm if that is the case? What is a different way to define the layout so that it will not load the elements hidden on mobile?

Hello,

Unfortunately, WPbakery does not have any other advanced options to adjust the mobile layout.

We are working on new version of XStore theme that will remove Redux framework for the options and it also will speed up the site, check the updated demo, for example, https://xstore.8theme.com/
If you want we could send you beta version for test. Let me know.
