    Hi,

i installed the theme on a clean wordpress installation. The only plugins i have running are the ones that the theme installed. On the front page, when scrolling down the shop items preview does not load.

There’s a loading icon but no images appear unless i pull the slider to the right. Then the images appear. This only happens on the desktop version. When i go to the site using a mobile device the images load fine.

Again i am not running any extra plugins other than the ones installed by the theme.

I only have one item added to woocommerce so far.

    Hello,

    1) Please check now. I’ve disabled “Slider loop” because it causes the problem if only 1 product is available http://prntscr.com/oszvri
    2) This is Header banner – http://prntscr.com/oszw9l http://prntscr.com/oszwg0 http://prntscr.com/oszwki http://prntscr.com/oszwpk

    Hi Rose,

i have another question. In the main menu items. I changed two of the to say “Sale” and “New arrivals”. I was wondering what is the correct way to have it link to the shop page and sort by New additions or Items marked Sale?

For the new arrivals, i duplicated the shop page in WP, renamed it “Shop Sale” and inserted a shortcode i shound on woocommerce’s website. Then i went to the menu items, and added the URL for the Shop – Sale page i created. Not sure if that is the correct approach or if there is a better way to do it. But for the “Sale” menu item, there is no URL field so i can’t use the same method.

    Any ideas?

I left your admin access on so you can still login and check.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

You can set Default product sorting to Sort by most recent for the Shop page.
To show all sale items on one page, create a “Sale” category and add products there, then add the category to the menu > https://prnt.sc/otifsk or just create a page with the Products element http://prntscr.com/otigqr
If this is not what you are looking for, describe the desired result in more details.

i figured it out regarding the menus.

Last issue, i don’t understand the behavior of the images in this field of the home page. If i used images with the same dimensions as the ones used in the demo the pictures come out blurry. If i use full sized images, then the outcome seems random.

The picture on the right is much bigger in dimensions than the picture in the middle and yet it stays constrained into a small square. The picture in the middle comes out too long. I checked and all three items have the same settings so i don’t understand what’s going on here.

    issue

On mobile it seems fine, all the pictures are the same size.

The preview of the shop items below that area also come out blurry even though the picture is high res.

    Hello,

For which image did you try? What size did you set? Please provide screenshots.
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.

Lightshot doesn’t seem to work on my PC, i have a laptop and there’s no prnt screen key. I uploaded a screenshot using windows snipping tool.`blurry

the first image is uploaded full size, second image i used the custom size option which makes the image blurry and third image i uploaded full size again and yet it’s longer than the first image.

There’s really a weird behavior here. Can’t figure out why or how these images are sized regardless of their resolution. But it seems broken to me.

    Hello,

I have changed the full to custom size 733×488 and don’t see the blur images. What size did you use?

    Hello,

Yes, size depends on the layout that you plan to use. Something suitable for our demo could not be suitable for your site if you change the layout/number of columns.
Glad to hear that problem is solved.

    Regards
