The latest version of the theme is 5.5.2, it is fully compatible with the latest WooCommerce version. Once you update the theme to this version the message about outdated files should disappear.

1) As I can see, you have set max-width: 464px for the logo image, but the size of the real image is 390×200, so it can’t be bigger https://prnt.sc/ou6mq1
Settings for the menu font you can change via Theme Options > Typography > Menu. If you do not see changes, temporarily disable “Menu cache” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and clear cache of your browser.
2) Theme Options > Typography > Content > Body Font. If this is not what you are looking for, please describe the desired result in more details with screenshots.
Use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.
3) To change the background color of the footer on mobile, you can add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

You can translate untranslated strings now – http://prntscr.com/otx67u , but I would recommend you to rename fr_FR.po, fr_FR.mo files to xstore-fr_FR.po, xstore-fr_FR.po and move them from /wp-content/themes/xstore folder to /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder.
