This problem could be caused by a few reasons:
1) You are trying to update theme on the different domain that theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Then you just need to go to XStore Dashboard > deactivate theme and activate it using your purchase code again
2) There is no enough space on your server and archive that was downloaded for the update is broken. Make sure that you have no less than 20MB of the free space on your hosting.

As I can see, it doesn’t work on Contact us page too. Can it be that the plugin works correctly on default WooCommerce pages only (Shop, My account…) even with a default theme?
As a workaround, you can add such prefooter block not globally for the site, but for particular pages – http://prntscr.com/r55qzd

Please note that we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

Please describe the problem with the WooCommerce Dashboard in more detail with screenshots. It works fine, at first sight, so we need more information.
P.S. I have asked you to check with the Storefront theme because it is default theme of WooCommerce. Questions that can be related to WC should be checked with this theme.
