You are using 8theme Post Types plugin, but in 2.5 version it was changed to Classico Core – http://prntscr.com/r3xiys
2.8 version of the theme requests Core 1.2.2 http://prntscr.com/r3xjnd https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Also, Redux Framework and CMB2 (Metaboxes framework) plugins are required (Appearance > Install plugins).
To avoid difficulties, backup the theme files and database before any update.

We have added a new “Image type” option for the Instagram element http://prntscr.com/r3fbso The latest version of the theme is 6.2.10 and Core plugin – 2.2.0 now. As was mentioned, the list of changes you can find in our changelog.
To avoid difficulties, backup the theme files and database before any update or do updates on a staging/test site first.

Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Select The Menu.
Do you mean Polylang plugin? Our theme does not use Display location because it has header builder that this option is unnecessary. WPML has language selector for the menu translation http://prntscr.com/pz0ctr but it seems Plylang is limited and needs Display menu location. We have checked your site in Chrome http://prntscr.com/r2zv2m , Safari http://prntscr.com/r2zv6l , and Firefox http://prntscr.com/r2zv99 – there is no mentioned problem when the page is fully loaded.
Do you have the problem on a particular page only? What version of the Chrome browser do you use?
Try to change “Image Loading Type” in Theme Options > Speed Optimization and check images then.
