1) Contact your hosting provider, our theme doesn’t affect the speed of backend and Cpanel.
2, 3) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
Check how it works when a default theme is activated on your site.
Let us know the results.

Registration functionality comes from WooCommerce, so it would be better to contact the support of the plugin to get some advice.
We did not test such plugins with our theme.
About templates, contact WC support, also. Note that changes in files should be done via a child theme to prevent losing them after every update.
