Shipping issues - by risingvalue - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    i have set 2 types of shippings. one products free delivery and other product 3.90 delivery charge.
    i have set all the products and the shippings, but somehow 3.90 shipping product still not asking any shipping cost. it acts like free delivery. can you please visit my website and see yourself.
    i wanted ppl can order this product only with shipping cost. so basicly i will send it for free, they just need to pay the delivery / shipping fee.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with a default WC theme activated – Storefront. If the situation is independent of the theme, contact support of WooCommerce to get assistance.

    how can i check it. i have check everywhere on dashboard and couldnt find what you have mentioned up above. thanks

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Test your shipping after that. If you get the same result then contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    i have setted 2 different shipping type and i have deleted one of them. howcome i can still see the shipping method i have already deleted?

    i have already set sudea for free shipping. someone on checkout it shows as free shippin option and flat rate option. its already setted in sudea product’s shipping is FREE. why this option appears? >>> https://prnt.sc/vi8fgb
