    Hi,

I deleted an existing website and re-installed it.

Then I wanted to install the theme again (The theme was from the deleted website). After I enter the purchase code, I still cannot click on the “REGISTER THEME” button.

Can you provide a solution to solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Hello,

You are using a new version of WordPress, but an old version of the theme. Update XStore – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update , clear cache and then you will be able to register it.

    Regards

As was mentioned, old version of the theme can’t work correctly with the latest WP version, so follow our docs and update XStore via FTP, or provide us with FTP access.
