Please check – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/
Do you use Elementor or WPBakery? Enable your editor for static blocks, then just create the desired menu content via block and select this block for the menu item.
Do not worry about old “menu location” settings, just go to Theme Options > Header builder > Menu element > select menu.

Update to 7.2.4.1version is not obligatory and can be skipped.

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Contact your hosting provider and ask server error log.

If you are using 7.2.4 version, the update to 7.2.4. is not obligatory and can be skipped.

The brand logo, and SKU can’t be displayed in the mentioned place, but:
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Brands > Show Product Brands On Single Product Page > https://prnt.sc/yf7thf or https://prnt.sc/yf7whg or https://prnt.sc/yf7zhx
SKU is a part of Product meta – https://prnt.sc/yf84dj , you can change the position of it, for example – https://prnt.sc/yf8gkb

A simple test you can do is to see if this is a conflict with our theme or with another plugin:
– temporarily switch XStore to Storefront (default WC theme)
– disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, Core plugin

Your theme version is very old, we would recommend you to create a staging site (full copy of the existing site) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll help you with the theme update, you’ll check if everything is ok. If yes then we’ll help you with the production site update.

1) Make sure that you are using latest versions of the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.

Try to (1) deactivate the theme in XStore > Dashboard and activate it again using your purchase code. (2) After that you need to go to WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check and clear cached links and only after that try to (3) update theme and XStore core plugin.

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
In your case, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > Show Quantity Input For Products > Off
