All settings come from WooCommerce plugin.
What exactly do you want to change? Describe the desired result in more detail.
If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.

WPBakery > Role Manager > Elements > All. If you want to select a Custom type, make sure that you enable all required elements there.

1) Theme Options > Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the header, for example – https://gyazo.com/f4639b091e7e34ea872b7e5fe33fdb2c
2) Since version 2.4, WooCommerce adds an option to set the user’s location called “Geolocation with page caching support”. When you activate this option WooCommerce fires a javascript redirection with an extra parameter v=xxxxx. This parameter causes cache invalidation, the new page (with the parameter) will cache separately.
You can change this option in WooCommerce > Settings > General > Default customer location

Hello,
Our theme has search by the products, product SKU, pages, posts (Theme Options > Header builder > Search). If you want to have any other types of search (by category title, tags etc) you can use an additional plugin or submit additional customization requests to WPKraken team.

You need to use only 1 page editor. If you imported a demo version that uses Elementor, disable WPBakery plugin.

I do not see any screenshots from you. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool to take screenshots and share them.
1) Do you have the problem with all pages or only 1 particular page can’t be edited?
2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
3) Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
4) When a default theme is activated on your site, pages can be edited using Elementor?
