– Please update the theme to 8.0.3 and Core plugin to 4.0.3.
– If you have 2 logos on your site it means that you copied header.php file from the previous parent theme version to the child theme. Edit the child theme header.php file, compare it with the existing parent theme header.php, and add the necessary changes that we did in the latest version.

On your screenshot, I can see related products – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ Settings for this block you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product builder > Related products
To add a new block of products, for example, Recently viewed, create a static block, add Products element > select the desired Products type, then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product builder > add custom HTML element into the content of page and select your static block

Do you mean this situation – https://gyazo.com/c87edb8df5ef489d07fd12ad2df3c257 ? Sticky header always ignores the admin bar. The script calculates the position of the header and does not take admin bar height. But your customers do not have admin bur, so it should not be problem for you.
