Could you, please, contact Dokan plugin support from your site and ask how to display the custom fields for the vendor dashboard? Because we asked about custom taxonomy and did not get a clear answer https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-show-custom-taxonomy-while-vendor-creating-product/#post-14722524

Maybe they will answer you because you are a client of the Pro version. Meanwhile, we’ll be also looking for a solution from our side.
