I have updated details using right short code from front end – but its still its not updated on

Thanks for using our theme.
Please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots. You can use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

This issue is fixed with some workaround but facing one more problem causing website release.

Theme [Stat Blocks – short codes installed automatically while installing theme] are not working at all – i tried to update everything on static block back-end using wp bakery meanwhile new static block is working fine with same builders and settings.

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , then edit the block using Elementor.
If you have installed demo version that was created using Elementor, WPBakery plugin can be disabled at all, because using 2 editors to edit the same content may cause a mess of that content.

Hello,

We need wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

I don’t see problem with the Static block editing, for example I changed the bg for the row https://prnt.sc/1pu5pr0 and changes appear https://prnt.sc/1pu6k01
So, provide us with video of the error with the static block editing to understand your issue and help you.
