When downloading theme only first 12 demos show, not 100+ demos like supposed to

How do I fix this so they all show? I am not too sure why they all are not showing? Please advise

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check demos in your dashboard.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello thanks for getting back to me. Im not tOo sure why, but some of the plugins on the list I don’t even see. Not sure if there was an issue during installation or….but in the private content area I will provide my login info for WordPress so you guys could take a closer look.

Maybe there is a browser extension that affects the scroll work on your side?

Ok I see it now. There was no scroll option, but I was able to see more, however, not quite the one I want appears. This is the specific theme that I want. “Default Red”

Check your Home page now. On the demo the Red Home page uses a specific custom Header, do you want to get it too?

Also the product categories doesn’t show on the page. The images are missing. Not to sure why.

All images and hierarchy of Categories can’t be imported, so you need to set your own categories and upload images. Dashboard > Products > Categories.

Great thank you. Another quick question, not to sure why, but all I’ve done was start to change my site, and add in the products. Right after adding in my products, my theme looks botched now. Not sure if adding in products could cause this issue? Could you please assist? I don’t want to reset the theme again but if I have to I will.

Hello I was able to get in. I re-downloaded the theme. The issue I’m having now is having the product categories and the inventory for my products to show on my page. I’ve already added the products in but now I am unsure to make it visible?

I’ve provided in Private area my info if needed.
