It is not a bug, but predefined behavior. XStore theme is used on https://pastry****ce.co.in/ and https://ho**eofivory.in/ sites, and these sites are completely different projects. According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only.
Where do you want to re-activated the license? Do you plan to delete one of mentioned projects or purchase a separate license for one of them?
