Have you created translation for the AMP plugin? Try to Sync it. Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, we will check it more deeply.

Yes, we can. Please describe in more detail what exactly should be changed. As we can see, you have dleted the custom header for the Home page, and now there is only one Default header on your site. It works for all pages. It can be edited via Theme Options > Header builder > click on element and edit settings, also you can drag and drop elements of header content.

Please check your site now. Go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > you will find 2 headers: default and for the Home page.
