It is because Single Product Builder is disabled, you are using one of the default layouts. In this case, there are no additional settings for the price, and you can see just title of element on hover.

1/ Do you use WPBakery? Enable it for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/wpbakery-page-builder/
Create a static block with the desired content, for example, use Autoscrolling Text element, then you will be able to add this block into the header via HTML element of Header builder.
2/ Theme Options > Footer > Footer styling > Footer links

This home page https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/home-banners/ was created using WPBkery page builder, there is no Elementor version of the page, because product look element is not available for the Elementor https://prnt.sc/1g9s1eg
All the other elements could be created using Elementor – product tabs and Banner with mask element. Create a new Home page, and edit it depends on your needs.

Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > disable Menu and Static blocks cache, then check the menu. If it helps, enable mentioned cache options once menu developing will be finished

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
