Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    zip file you can download from ThemeForest, follow steps from this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    To download the theme from ThemeForest you will need to enter the downloads area ThemeForest account, where you can view all your purchased themes. Find the XStore template among them, and click on the Download button to the right of the main content. Download the theme’s .zip file directly.

    Clear cache and check the progress bar on mobile.
    Changes were done in: et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/theme-options/global/callbacks.php
    + xstore-child/style.css (at the same bottom)

    Hello,

    WCFM is a free plugin, so it was not included in XStore plugins Installer, go to Plugins in your Dashboard > find and install the WCFM plugin. Yes, XStore is fully compatible with this plugin, here is an example – https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/wcfm-marketplace/store/pacifichealthfoods/

    Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off, clear cache of plugin/browser, and check the result. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done.
