    Hello,

    I can not see any broken CSS on your website, It seems you have deactivated elementor plugin. You need to activate elementor Pro alongside your elementor plugin.After activating Elementor you can see all the elements will be working.You need to use the header builder feature in Appreance > Customiz to enlarge or edit your header as you see fit.

    You need to manage your product categories in child parent order. Please navigate to your product page from product > categories and click on the “edit” button of each category you want to make them as child then in the form, assign desired parent category.

    Hello,

    Please be aware that Xstore theme has not any issue about speed and mostly your speed issue related to all plugins together and combinations of your server configuration, If you are using XStore theme alongside of heavy pages and other plugins like revslider or some plugins for security… of course you need to upgrade and optimize your server.
    You are able to recheck your website and let me know if you need to have a refund request.

    Please share a link to your correct admin dashboard, It seems you have changed your URL to admin dashboard by 3rd party plugins, You need to disable all plugins and check it again then provide us with more detail about your issue with the correct URL.

    You don’t need to change or touch any CSS file for changing breadcrumb color, You could change your bread crumb color easily from Appearance > Customize > Breadcrumb and try to find Background Color option.

    The issue is not related to header builder and it actually comes from WordPress customizer security behavior. I’m trying to describe it in easy terms. you can see there is a code on url and of course on your page which you can not see and particularly give you access as admin to your customizer, In other world security system is always ensure you as admin is requesting legit URL with enough capability, Meanwhile you have production and dev which is distinguishing by simple query string so it is easy for WP to get into the some conflict when security system is always checking your code with URL which is redirecting to another URL. For fixing this issue please turn off your redirection policy and clear your cache then check it again.

    Following my colleague’s last reply I need to repeat unfortunately there is no guideline and you need to see the exact element of your website to decide what size you want to demonstrate.
    Themes will create suitable size for their respective elements and also Woo plugin has its own size too so most probably you will have your suitable images on your respective themes.

    Hello,

    You need to at least assign two categories to the Product Categories option and it will work fine.
    However it should work even with one category. I will forward this to our dev team and after taking a decision we will provide a patch for it in a couple of the updates.

    Most probably it is not loading by your CDN. you could add JS code by yourself in the proper place or try to clear your cache.

    First of all we have numerous customers who are running their business with our solution, If it was issue with our product definitely you could find lot of topics regarding this issue, As I have mentioned before we have respected to your request and we have reviewed all the codes and all necessary information about our product, But we don’t have any codes or configuration to delete options from database! So kindly I ask you if you have found something that related to our products please let us know, We will always glad to fix and improve our products in advance, In fact theme data is stored in WordPress database and XStore is not only plugin and theme activated on your website, I want to emphasize that we don’t have any option related to reset theme mods (Which are theme settings) or options in database, So it could be done by other theme or plugin or kindly your website had unknown access from unsafe sources. But in the end I want to thank you for sharing this issue with us and ask you if you have any document or any clue which relates to this issue and our product, We will be glad to hear and solve it.

    Thanks for your patience, Since your issue is kind of strange we need more time to deal with it, As you know we don’t have any codes in our theme and plugins to delete any option from database, So we are 100% sure that it is not something with our codes but since you are our customer and we want you help you to solve your issues we are investigating other plugins that you have like wp rocket and others to see why this happened, Also we can not recover any options hence we do not take back up from customers website, What we are doing now ? 1. Making sure nothing is wrong with our codes. 2. Help to you for find reason of this problem.

    Thanks for your patience, It seems you have issue with Woo and WordPress REST API, Could you please install following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-dashboard-for-woocommerce/ and navigate to the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Disable WooCommerce Bloat then try to save page and check all your pages in your dashboard and let me know if it solve your issue or not?

    We do not have any special option for out of stock item in this theme we are using default and standard way to display out of stock items with woocommerce. So we will recommend you kindly contact with woocommerce customer support forum about this issue.

    As for sale badge is concerned you can enable this option by going to Dashboard > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop element > Sale & Out of Stock > Enable “Sale” Label > Show Sale Percentage https://prnt.sc/12qbjvh
