Hey, I would like to know how many days do we have so that we can refund. My client is having so many issues with the theme speed that i cant explain. i don’t know what is up

Hello,
Please be aware that Xstore theme has not any issue about speed and mostly your speed issue related to all plugins together and combinations of your server configuration, If you are using XStore theme alongside of heavy pages and other plugins like revslider or some plugins for security… of course you need to upgrade and optimize your server.
You are able to recheck your website and let me know if you need to have a refund request.

So I confirmed with the client and he really wants to take a refund. I have tried everything but its not solving. kindly please approve the refund. thank you for accommodating and helping. It meant a lot.
