1) This area is Prefooter widget area and static block there. That’s why if you want to change content go to Static Blocks > edit Prefooter static block and last column content http://prntscr.com/cqvs02

2) Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove 8theme – Static Block widget from After the products widget area http://prntscr.com/cqvszr

3) Go to Pages > edit My Account page > scroll down to the 8theme Layout options and just disable sidebar on that page. All the pages by default displays Main widget area. If you don’t need sidebar you can disable it in page settings. If you want to change sidebar content add necessary widgets into Main widget area, it will replace default search widget.

To improve page speed we recommend using cache plugin W3 Total cache for example, it has almost all the necessary options. Theme supports all the plugin option, but if you use Minify mode it should be Manual. Minify settings http://prntscr.com/cq3b7v

To optimize CSS, JS, HTML use also Autoptimize plugin

Are you talking about this top bar http://prntscr.com/cqk9gx ? This is default WP admin top bar that is invisible to customers. Try to logout or login as customer, not admin and you’ll see.

1) To add filters into sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets and use Shop sidebar widget area to add all the WooCommerce Layered Nav widgets.
2) If you just want to hide Filters area go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Shop > Open filter by default > Off. In case you want to remove that area at all go to Appearance > Widgets and delete all the widgets from Filters area.

If you use catalog mode that variations are disabled. Workaround for you could be using default mode but just hide add to cart button and cart widget in header. If you provide me temporary admin panel access I could help you to implement this.
