    Varnish cache server

I have had my server team to look for this error and try to find a way to fix it.
And from what they did find they told me its your theme and its plugins that makes the error.

Hope your able to fix it . ?

What they did write to me

I’ve actually seen this before, it seems to be a bug/incompatibility with certain themes using Redux-framework, which causes the PHP interpreter to periodically crash. The only option at this stage is that you will need to contact your theme author and request assistance in troubleshooting, as there really isn’t much more we can do here. Also please review your site’s error log, as it contains many PHP notices which as a best practice should be addressed if possible.

Are you able to help me on that matter. ?
Their are no error log able right now.

    Hello,

We have disabled third-party plugins except those that came bundled with our theme and don’t see problems. You may enable third-party plugins one by one to find out wich one could be the reason of your issue.

Thanks. That just broke my page total, and removed all my settings. Glad i have a backup.

We did found the error, its a part of the Redux-Frame work, and a combination with lots of wordpress requests. We are now working with our server team to make it work.

    Hello,

Look, we just disabled third-party plugins, it can’t break your site! Besides to change everything back you just need to enable plugins!

I checked the plugins you are using and see that 500 error on fronend gives JCH Optimize Pro plugin. I have disabled it and everything works fine. If you want to speed up your site you may use W3 Total cache plugin, Autoptimize plugin, read more here https://www.8theme.com/topic/fixing-pagespeed-issues-once-and-for-all-could-apply-to-all-8themes-themes/

    Regards

Again.. Please don’t remove or disable any of my addons. !
You again did curse me to lose time doing some important work using some of the plugins i now again again have to start from 0…

And this error here is not releated to JCH Optimize Pro
JCH Optimize Pro Gives a other error as your theme is not working with it.
But its the best plugin out their.

    Hello,

I’m sorry but how can we find the reason of your issue if we can’t disable plugins? Especially if problem is caused by third-party plugins. When you provide admin panel details you should understand that we’ll be looking for the reason of problem, will disable/enable plugins and theme to find out what is the problem. If this is not acceptable for you then you need to provide full site archive and DB, so we’ll be able to install a total copy of your site and find problem. But this way is longer.

500 error appears when Loco Translate and JCH Optimize Pro are enabled. Contact plugin developers to sort out this issue.

    Regards
