The variation gallery option is the option for the single product only. Unfortunately, we can’t display the variation gallery in the Quick view.
2) We used the built-in template on the demo. But you use a Single product builder and it does not have the option to change the order of the blocks on the mobile. I changed that by additional customization. Check now.

1) Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Choose Lazy loading type for the images or Default. LQIP loading type has the mentioned effect.
2) There is no option to reorder the selector items. You can just set which sorting will be the default when the customer visits the shop page in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > default sorting.
3) Check now, please.

If you want to change the currency go to WooCommerce > Settings > Currency.
Yes, install any demo that you like to import header settings, products, posts etc. After that edit the home page or create the new one that you will set as the home page in Settings > Reading and use Page importer to import content of the Default Red home page.
“Import page custom CSS” means that additional CSS that we use for some pages also will be imported to page custom CSS settings.
“rewrite page content” means that if you already have any content on the page and check this option then previous page content will be removed and replaced with the new one that you import. If you don’t check this the content will be imported in edition to existing at the bottom of the page.
