All Department Menu stop hover and cover other items problem

When I click on All Department Menu to open it open but when hover on item inside it open the items to up and other items is not shown so please advice how I can make it :
1- disable hover on when i move to items inside menu
2- the items subcategory open to write side not up not over other main items
3- the same for item inside subcategory

Hello,

Issue was caused by some piece of custom code in Theme Options > Custom CSS to make the full width of the mega menu. I removed that code and set the full-width mega menu using the menu element settings of the header builder instead of the custom code.
