We used Lightbox element to create that popup. You’ll be able to add the link to your self-hosted video http://prntscr.com/e2rlyp but it’s possible to add link to one format only. This element is Massive Addons plugin element and it does not have any other additional options.

Please, make sure that you replaced all the images from demo content by your secured images. If you want to use icons, logos that we used on our demo you need to upload them into your media library and then choose these images once edit your VC elements or custom code.~

I have checked the option to add row bg for the shop page on our test installs and see that it does not work even with default theme, the same situation is with custom paddings, margins. So, it’s not theme issue, most likely Visual Composer problem. Anyway if you installed Massive Addons plugin that comes bundled with our theme you can use Massive Addons bg settings http://prntscr.com/e1gf11

Sizes that you have at present in WooCommerce options are default WooCommerce sizes. But these sizes are not suitable for the images that we use for the products on Jewellery version, that’s why we have changed them https://gyazo.com/32bd4a6a1ae2e2b5c6ee8a6dd390c2ec

So, everything depends on source images that you plan to use for your products: square, portrait, landscape.

Also, Keep in mind if you change the sizes in WooCommerce settings you will need to regenerate thumbnails using Regenerate thumbnails plugin after that.

Follow theme documentation and use FTP method https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

After theme update you should skip Setup Wizard and go to Theme Options to activate theme using your purchase code.

Don’t forget to backup your files, DB and theme options before update! To backup theme options go to Theme Options > Import/Export > download .json file. You’ll be able to use the code from this file to restore the options if such happens and you lose them after update.

Sorry for the delay.
Images do not have borders for the column where they are. To remove border for the text column use “without-border” class for the 1st level of menu item.
If you prefer to create the layout where should be images first and last column – text column I would suggest you using widget area and static block to create images grid. I have changed the Brand item. Check, please. If this is not what you are looking for, please, provide me screenshot with the design you are trying to implement.
