PSD files needed for marketing theme variant

Hello

I am playing around with the new marketing variant of the theme in v3.6. Within the Shop page, you have some square images with a blue border. (see link below)

I have searched the PSD files on your download page (PSD 1 – 5), but can’t find any PSD files for the marketing theme variant. I specifically would like to create my own shop item images with that same blue border. Can you please kindly provide me with a .psd or .ai file with these?

In addition to my above request, I would also like to have the PSD files for the three images on the home page, underneath the section with heading “Featured Services” please?

Thanks, I downloaded the updated PSD 5. However, I can’t see the images with the blue/green border found on the Shop page. Please can you maybe email me these? (see private section for my email address)

I am unable to replicate the border effect myself, and assumed this to be part of the theme.

Unfortunately, if PSD of these images is not included into archive then we don’t have them.

I have been provided PSD files that were not available in the past via your chat support. In fact you yourself have provided me with files in tha past Olga.

The particular one I’m after is just the square with the coloured border. Its found on the Shop page I linked. if you take a look, it doesn’t look like emailing me that would be a problem to be honest.

Yes, I know but our designer did not save PSDs for product images. I’ll ask him to re-create this for you but the answer will be available not earlier than on Tuesday-Wednesday.

Hi

Thanks very much. This was exactly what I needed for the products page.

I wonder if you can provide instructions for extracting layers from a PSD file. Specifically, the home page psd for Marketing has three tiled images with text. I want to extract each tile as a seperate PSD file to change the images and text.

Some months ago, I was given instructions on how to achieve this on your live chat service, but unfortunately, this has now disappeared.

Hello,

I’m sorry, but we don’t provide Photoshop tutorials. There are a lot of information on the Internet how to use Photoshop and the main options that you have there.
I’m not a designer but support manager of WP theme, I can help you with theme options but not with Photoshop. Sorry.

Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner, but I actually managed to work this out straight after I asked the question. And you did help me with a few Photoshop queries extensively in the past on the live chat, hence I asked. But I do understand that’s not part of the support you provide for themes. 🙂 And I understand that since many more people have purchsed the theme since then that you can;t possibly stretch to answering those types of things anymore. Understood, no worries.
