Hello Devs,
We had optimized website a lot but still we found it takes lot of time while loading site. If we come from google to website it teaks lot time to load around 12 sec also opening categories page it took around 10 secs. Only product pages are fast.
We are currently using WP Super Cache as our hosting supported told us this will works better with their server and also using cloudflare with it.
The GTmetrix says 4-5 sec but the browser telling us different story. Please watch the video given in private content.

Before creating this thread We had gone thru your post where you had mentioned best optimization settings

But it just improved page speed score and reduced number of req but load time increased to 34 sec O.o

the both report comparison are also given below, The first with Super cache which takes 4 sec and the second is W3 which takes 34 sec but while viewing waterfall we found that with w3 31.32 sec is initial waiting time but why????

Please suggest us better solution so we can take load time under 3 sec in real world not just on paper.

Also we have one more issue on Categories page we are showing 40 products per page but we want to give option so people can select 40,80 or all products but when we enable this from theme option and change from 40 to 80 then page will never reload again and gives cloudflare 520 error so please suggest one solution for this also.

Hello,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Please, switch to default theme and measure how fast your product category page will load. It is necessary to detect any issues with our theme. If its loading speed is nearly the same then there is some problem on the server side or with some of installed plugins.

Or provide us your admin access and we will compare default theme speed ourselves.

Hello Serg,
Right now we are removing few fancy elements and try to decease number of active plugins and replacing with some code or existing functionality, Once it done we will do speed test with both Xstore and Twenty Seventeen and our previous theme which was StyleShop and let you know the result on Monday.
