    Hello,

    I have checked your purchase code and you should not face this issue if you use purchase code for the same project.
    But keep in mind that according to Envato policy you can use 1 purchase code for the 1 project only. If you want to use our theme for more projects you should purchase the additional licenses.

    Hello,

    If you don’t have WooCommerce pages it means you skipped WooCommerce Setup Wizard. Now go to WooCommerce > System Status > Tools tab > press Install WC pages button.

    To create My account menu go to Appearance > Menus and create menu with following structure http://prntscr.com/ek51jx , save. Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove text widget from Left side top bar widget area and add Custom Menu widget.

    To change menu alignment go to Theme Options > Styling > Navigation.

    I’m not sure what tag made the problem. I just found that I can’t even open product to edit because my browser tab did not respond. So, I just used quick edit function to make product as Draft. Something was wrong in description. But I can’t tell you what exactly.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in WooCommerce. If USNE includes LIPSTICK WITH ARGAN OIL then you can show products from USNE without LIPSTICK WITH ARGAN OIL.

    I’m sorry but this is not theme issue and it’s not even related to our theme. This is how WooCommece plugin works. You can enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check. You may try to contact with WooCommerce support on WC support forum, maybe they will be able to help you. Because we could help only with issues related strictly to our theme, WC plugin settings are beyond the scope of our support.

    Your problem related to http://inv.dotcodes.net/shop/borcanas-cu-miere-b2/ product. I have saved this product as draft and grid is fine now. Check the description that you used for this product. Very likely you did not close some html tags and it caused the problem.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option at this moment. We have only limit for posts per page. But I think we’ll improve this element and will add the posts limit option in next theme update.

    If you want to update Visual Composer or any other premium plugin included in our theme do this manually https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ using the latest archives that you can find here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

    In case you want auto updates you need to buy plugin license https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/

    Hello,

    Delay in answering is related to the number of requests from our users on the support forum, in chats and via emails.

    You activated theme for a few domains, that was a reason of the message you get. Check now, please.
    Also, keep in mind that one purchase allows you to use the theme on one finished site. If you need to use it on a second site, it requires you to make a second license purchase.

    Hello,

    I can’t login to your site to check, I get “You are temporarily locked out” error every time I’m trying to login.

    Check if your shop page exists in Pages. Maybe you deleted it by mistake.
    Also, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too. In case, problem appears only with our theme reply back and provide me correct admin panel and FTP access to your site.

    Hello,

    WooCommerce Categories widget is default widget of WooCommerce plugin and we don’t have any options to change it. If you press on category it will show products from category and all the subcategories. The same with the subcategory: it will show the products from subcategory and all the subcategories of this subcategory.

    If you don’t want to show the other categories when you are at subcategory you can use option Only show children of the current category in Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > WC Categories widget http://prntscr.com/eimi1d

    Hello,

    1) Login to your dashboard. Activate xstore theme http://prntscr.com/eimcug and remove the other one.

    2) Unfortunately, WooCommerce does not have the option to hide coupon for checkout page only. You can disable it for both cart and checkout pages only (WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Coupons)
