    Please, provide FTP access to your site and server error logs.

    Try to follow plugin author suggestions and

    First of all, please increase the memory limit do at least 128M (256M is recommended).

    Then, please make sure that your server is not using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. If it is, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the maximum body length value.

    Hello,

    Our single product page uses the slider to show gallery. That’s why if you want to use any other plugin to replace our gallery it requires additional customization. You can either contact plugin author to get help and integrate plugin gallery with our slider on the single product page or contact WPKraken team to make customization of theme files.

    Because we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.

    Hello,

    All the included plugins are out of date, especially XStore core. Keep in mind that if you update theme you need to check if XStore code plugin is up to date or new theme version requires the new version of core plugin too.

    Also, don’t keep plugin enabled if you don’t use it because every plugin uses the PHP memory and slows down a site.

    I have updated all the included plugins. Check now.

    We are Legenda theme support. You should understand that we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme, not for the WC, WP or any server problems. That’s why we’ll be able to help you ONLY when everything works fine with the default WP theme. In case you don’t get messages even when trying to submit the order with default theme then we can do nothing because then problem is not related to theme files and we can do nothing.

    So, please, enable default theme Storefront, submit the order and check if you get the email. In case you won’t get email even with default theme then read WC plugin documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/ and contact WC plugin support. Reply back if everything works fine when the default theme is activated and you don’t get emails only when our theme is enabled.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, secondary menu is not included in the fixed header and it’s possible to show it there only by additional customization.

    Follow the steps below to speed up your site:

    1) Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugin that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.

    2) Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/
    Also, a very good plugin is WP Rocket, but it’s paid.

    3) Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and a slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed. When you use image editing tool like Photoshop don’t save images without using the option “Save For Web”.
    There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times:
    – tinypng.com
    – Compressor.io
    – Kraken.io
    – Ewww Image Optimizer
    – Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin

    4) Server/Hosting.
    Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. If you have checked the above items and the site is still slow, the most likely it is a server/hosting issue. Contact your host and discuss it with them. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.

    Hello,

    1), 2) Disable header overlap option and change header text color at theme options. It will fix the problem on shop and product pages. For those pages, where you need to keep these options enabled, go to Pages > edit page (For example front page) and scroll down to 8theme Layout options > enable header overlap option and change the header text color to white.

    Also, you can enable/disable breadcrumbs for the separate pages via these layout settings.
    If you want to change the breadcrumbs height go to Theme Options > Breadcrumbs and change the top/bottom paddings.

    3) Go to Appearance > Widgets > remove Static block widget from Below the products widget area.

    Hello,

    If you add the following styles into child theme style.css

    .header-xstore .header-logo {
        width: 35%;
    }
    .header-xstore .navbar-header {
        width: 10% !important;
        min-width: 100px;
    }

    And choose menu aligtment to center at Theme Options > Styling > Navigation.

    There is no any overlapping. But for small devices, there is no space to place menu into 1 line. In future we plan to add the new option and menu will look in the following way if there is no space to show all the items http://prntscr.com/h0tzt2

    We have updated theme, WooCommerce and WooCommerce WPML plugins. Try now.
    If the problem still persists make sure that problem with new order email appears only when our theme is enabled: activate default WC theme Storefront and check. Reply back with your results.

    Hello,

    If you use English UK then you need to translate English UK translation file and instead of real translation to another language you just replace text to what you need. Got it?

    Also, use system folder for the theme translation files https://prnt.sc/gzv0in In other case you will lose translation after theme update. And remove all the other unnecessary translation. You need to translate only xstore theme, you don’t need to translate child theme. I think you did not make changes in child theme that have child theme text domain.

    We don’t see any errors in console, but can’t provide you more information because we are not plugin authors and we don’t work with its core files. We are theme developers and it’s our specialization, not plugins. That’s why I would recommend you to contact the plugin author.

    2) Problem is related to font family and font weight that were used on your site for the widget titles. Check now.

    Take our apologies if our support member gave you the wrong answer. We’ll try to avoid such situation in future. Yes, you really can get that error if you renamed parent theme and trying to install default xstore-child theme.

    Is your problem solved? Do you need any other help?

    P.S. We are working on site re-design, we hope that new design will be handier for users.

    Your problem is not related to theme update but to Easy Facebook Likebox plugin that gives js error in the console. Once I disabled plugin everything works fine.
