Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!

I just received this email from send in blue.
It seems that these “new order” emails are not reaching our servers. Since they are not reaching us, we cannot process them. Can you please share the origin or source of the emails and if you are following the same pattern as you are following for other transactional emails. The message id is also not getting generated as it is not reaching our servers.Please check the settings from your end.

We are Legenda theme support. You should understand that we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme, not for the WC, WP or any server problems. That’s why we’ll be able to help you ONLY when everything works fine with the default WP theme. In case you don’t get messages even when trying to submit the order with default theme then we can do nothing because then problem is not related to theme files and we can do nothing.
So, please, enable default theme Storefront, submit the order and check if you get the email. In case you won’t get email even with default theme then read WC plugin documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/ and contact WC plugin support. Reply back if everything works fine when the default theme is activated and you don’t get emails only when our theme is enabled.
1) What do you mean “send in blue”? I don’t understand you.
2) Can you confirm that when you use default WP theme everything works fine? Because your WP installation also could be the problem, or maybe some third-party plugin. So, you need to be sure that with any default WP theme (Storefront, twenty Seventeen etc) everything works fine. Have you enabled default theme and tried? Does it work with default WP theme?
You should understand that if the problem persists even when default theme is enabled we can do nothing because we have the deal and can fix only theme files.

acess and see if the problem IS RELATED TO YOUR THEME, because I DONT KNOW HOW TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM IS RELATED TO YOUR THEME.
To check if problem persists with default theme you need to go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront for a few mins (official WooCommerce theme). After that try to submit the order and check if you get the email immediately.
Enable Legenda theme again.
