    1), 2) Provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to your site and we’ll fix these issues. These fixes will be included in the new update also.
    3) Home pages that are included in the preview you can find in Theme Options > Import/Export > Dummy Content > Additional Pages import > there you’ll find a list of home pages and coming soon pages.

    5) Yes, because it’s mobile app. We’ll hide this icon for the desktops in the next update.

    I have installed the cache plugin, lazy loading for the images, changed the images parameters in WC plugin setting to fix the problem with image resizing (but you need to regenerate all the thumbnails!). But you also need to contact your hosting provider because even with default theme the site speed is too slow http://prntscr.com/hpoe8b https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/LfHWf/http://hvcreations.in/ , I have waited since eternity began to open backend (our theme does not affect the backend).

    So, any plugins won’t help you if you don’t solve the problem with your server.

    We use the default parameter for the brands permalinks in /et-core-plugin/inc/post-types.php
    https://prnt.sc/hpgv9z

    It’s not possible to save changes for the brand permalinks without this parameter, that’s why we use it. You may try to change it to 'rewrite' => false, re-save permalinks after that and check if it helps in your case.

    Single product page in our theme does not have field “page_product_layout”, our option http://prntscr.com/hpnkmd uses _et_single_layout name and id, the value of the Wide layout is “wide”, so I can’t understand where did you get “page_product_layout” field.

    Hello,

    FB does not have first name and last name, it has only one field – name, for example http://prntscr.com/hpmmfe
    And this parameter is included in API response of the FB that we have. But we use default WC plugin function for the user registration wc_create_new_customer and it accepts only 3 parameters: email, username and password (you can check the default WC registration http://prntscr.com/hpmp4a ) , that’s why the fourth parameter, that we get from the FB API, is not used.
    If you use another function to register an account you may try to use it for the FB registration and change etheme_process_facebook_callback function according to your needs (xstore/framework/theme-functions.php, lines 1254-1293).

    You need to enable WP debug or check the server error logs to find out what causes this error and fix it.
    Are you trying to activate Revolution slider like a plugin or trying to register your copy of Revolution slider?

    Your problem is related to your custom code in the child theme functions.php.

    Once I enabled the parent theme everything works fine. Check the code and fix it.

    Hello,

    Theme license is not related to hosting that you use, it’s related to the domain. So, if you did not change the domain then there is no any problem with your license. How to move your WP you can read here https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress or contact your new hosting provider to get help with this, we are theme support and don’t have deals with general WP questions. So, feel free to ask any questions about theme options, I’ll be glad to help you.

    That error in console is related to WooZone plugin, failed to load WooZone plugin styles. I have updated plugin and problem disappeared. Did not face problem with saving the slider, for example http://prntscr.com/hp6qee

    Hello,

    1) Once you install theme it saves Theme Options to DB that’s why if you just remove files you won’t remove information from DB.

    2) About your message in private content. In this case, we can’t guarantee that previous theme did not make any wrong changes in your DB. Provide me access to your Dashboard and FTP, I’ll check what caption do you see in theme options and try to help you if it’s not related to previous changes in DB.

    1. Fixed header is generated automatically by the script. That’s why if you want to change its content you need to edit script http://prntscr.com/hp5ms5 (xstore/js/etheme.js, xstore/js/etheme.min.js)

    3. Yes, just disable Ajax search in Theme options > Header Settings > AJAX Search > OFF

    Hello,

    1) You can adjust notification emails at WooCommerce > Emails.
    2) To override and edit this email template copy woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php to your child theme folder: xstore-child/woocommerce/emails/admin-new-order.php and change it according to your needs.
    3) There is no such option in our theme or WooCommerce by default. You may contact WC plugin support to get information if it’s possible and how to create such emails.
