Hello,

Thanks for the topic.
Please try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/external_plugins), clear cache and then check. Let us know result.

Hello,

Please update all plugins to latest versions http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and to update XStore Core plugin go to Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hi,
unfortunately it doesnt help, problem still occurs. I created copy of shop and deleted all 3rd part plugins and problem still occurs. Please login into my project and try to debug what is wrong. My client is worried. Thanks for understanding, regards

Hello,

Your problem is related to your custom code in the child theme functions.php.

Once I enabled the parent theme everything works fine. Check the code and fix it.
