Hello,

Please provide link to your site.
Go to Appearance > Widgets > and check if your widgets from top bar and footer areas were transferred to Inactive Widgets area.

Check inactive widgets and there’s nothing there, these are just ones that have never been used. Hope you can look at the details in the private content and let us know what action we should take as the website has technically been down for a number of hours now.

Does anyone know how long t this is going to take to resolve pleaes as we have now lost a whole day here. Another thing, your name has appeared on the bottom of website and the primary banner setting have vanished from the Appearance > customise section. http://prntscr.com/hp4t1x

Can you please ignore this ticket as we are going to deal with this ourselves by reinstalling an earlier version and then trying to find which are the problem areas. We can’t afford to lose another days business.

To edit the copyright text go to
Appearance->widgets->copyright footer left
And change accordingly.
I cant help for the rest.
