    Hello,

    No, you won’t lose content that you added via Dashboard. You will lose only changes in theme files if you made them, that’s why we always recommend to use child theme if you need to do any changes directly in template files and functions.

    Hello,

    If you use CDN and update theme/WordPress/plugins you need to make sure that CDN copy is also updated.
    Because the cached copy of some styles and scripts could be the reason of the problem.

    Hello,

    If you have images no less than 600px width and activated zoom option in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product then you should not have problems with it. Check if you have any js errors in console, it can be the reason of the problem.

    Provide us temporary admin panel and FTP access to find out and solve the problem.

    Hello,

    We don’t have the option to display reviews of the separate products. You may try the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/sip-reviews-shortcode-woocommerce/#description but we did not test it with our theme.

    Recent product review widget is the default WooCommerce widget and it should work on the shop page. You can add it to the Product Page widget area, it displays product image, product name, the rating of the product and rating author. If you want to show this widget below the products you can do this by additional customization only and create special widget area that will be displayed there.

    Reviews tab file is not included in our theme, we use the default WooCommerce plugin functionality for this.

    If you need help with additional customization you can submit request to WPKreken team because we are unable to provide support for customizations under our Support Policy.

    Your products have External/Affiliate type of product and redirect as the link for the Add to cart button http://prntscr.com/i5eip8

    If you want to sell the products on your site you need to use Simple, Variable or Grouped product type.

    Hello,

    1) Product categories (default WooComerce widget) and 8theme Brands List widget are not filters, these widgets display list of the categories and brands and you go to category/brand page when choosing one or another.

    2) To enable fixed header go to Theme Options > Header settings > Choose the fixed header type that you prefer

    3) Follow theme documentation and make sure that you used correct settings and classes https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/

    You have js error http://prntscr.com/i5339t that caused this issue. Do you use child theme or parent theme? Did you do any changes in the template files? Do you use third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme? Try to disable them and check if problem still persists.

    In your case problem caused by images that you use for your tabs, they have the different height (some of them are 80px height, other – 85px). So, update images and make them one size, for example, 60x85px.

    If you plan to use WooCommerce default filter widgets (Filter Products by Attribute widget) then you’ll see filters only for those categories where products have these attributes. For example, flowers category https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/wedding/product-category/bouquets/ has color http://prntscr.com/i4h1mm but man category https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/wedding/product-category/man/ do not have this attribute and that’s why do not have this filter http://prntscr.com/i4h25m but has filter by size instead.
