Can’t make infinite scroll work correctly.
Can you verify if there is something wrong the configuration of the plugin

Yes, settings are incorrect. Follow theme documentation http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/65-woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings
