There is no zoom in my theme - by Tagbag

Hey guys,

I use the theme “electronics” from xStore. In the live preview of the template, there is a zoom in the product images. I have activated the zoom for product images in the setting. My product images are also resolved high enough. But there is no zoom in my product images. Can someone help me? Does xStore provide a theme for the zoom that I may not have activated? If so, what’s the name of the plugin?

Hello,

If you have images no less than 600px width and activated zoom option in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product then you should not have problems with it. Check if you have any js errors in console, it can be the reason of the problem.

Provide us temporary admin panel and FTP access to find out and solve the problem.

Hey,
I thank you. That was not the problem though.
I’ve solved it by now. For everyone who will have the same problem in the future like me:
Go to Products, Edit Product, and put under [8theme] Product Options, the Product Layout on Small

I have the same problem but the proposed solution does not fixe it, in the console the following output appears,
