If you want to use theme version 4.18 or higher you need to update WooCommerce plugin to version 3.3.1, because 4.18 update was the major update and requires WC 3.3.1.
So, either downgrade theme version or update WooCommerce plugin.

Unfortunately, some Massive Addons elements do not declare the support of frontend editing http://prntscr.com/igrxcy and that’s why it’s blocked I suppose. So, use the backend editor for the pages where you use Massive Addons elements. For other pages, where you don’t use MA elements, FrontEnd editor works, for example http://prntscr.com/igry9q
For your theme version it should be
Content Selector: .products-loop
Item Selector: .product
Navigation Selector: .after-shop-loop .pagination-cubic
Next Selector: .after-shop-loop .pagination-cubic a.next
Once I changed these setting everything works fine.

Search by SKU (that includes search by SKU for the variations) is XStore feature and does not come with WooCommerce by default. You can go to Theme Options > Header Settings > disable search by SKU and try to search that product again by product name instead of SKU. Or enable search by SKU and set the SKU for both variations different that default SKU for the product and try again to search by SKU.

If you want to change any styles even for the WC default elements you can use either child theme style.css or custom CSS field in theme options and you won’t lose these styles after WP or WC update.

As we know there is no option to show all the images from the category using essential grid lightbox button. All the available options for the lightbox you can find in its settings http://prntscr.com/iflk8i
I suppose your problem is related not to brand but to search by product variations. Could you, please, provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to make sure? If the problem is related to search by product variations would you prefer to search by variations or remove it to avoid duplication of products because of displaying all the variations?

This is WooCommerce plugin functionality and plugin hides empty categories by default. So if you want to show them then yes, you may use additional custom code or third-party plugin.
I’ll pass your suggestion to our developers but can’t promise that we’ll add this option because it’s related to WC plugin more than to custom theme.

Hello,
We have checked your site and see that you use PHP version 7.2.2, Visual Composer does not fully support this version and it could be the reason of your problem. Can you, please, downgrade PHP version to 7.1, please, and let me know about results.
P.S. We will need to update WP to version 4.8.2 at least to be able to regenerate thumbnails. Can we do this? Can you make a backup of all the files and DB before this?

Hello,
When you see the blank screen when trying to edit products after enabling of the cache plugin is not the plugin issue, it’s related to WP memory, it’s not enough because you are using 55 active plugins. It’s too much and you get the memory error. Please, check the list of the enabled plugins and disable those plugins that you don’t use at this moment. Also, you need to keep in mind that every plugin that you have enabled slows down your site a little bit, so only the really necessary plugins should be enabled.
To speed up the site we need to change the image settings and regenerate thumbnails to apply these changes but once we installed default plugin recommended by WooCommerce – Regenerate thumbnails – we got the fatal error, so, please, provide us FTP access to remove the fatal error.
