Hello there,

I’ve been rebuilding/testing my servers lately. Due to this reason I’ve installed XStore theme multiple times on my first domain. Now I’ve again removed that domain and trying to install the theme on a new domain. But now I’m getting this error:

You have reached activation number limit.

My purchase code and the names of the 2 domains are listed in Private Content.

Please reset my activation number limit.

Thank you Rose! It all worked out now.

I had some problems setting up the server to be able to using the massive addon plugin with visual compositor but now with a php 7.1 version and thema v 4.19 everything is working properly only one frontend option not yet able to enable with the massive addon plugin enabled, you have any tips on how you can solve this !?

Hello,

Unfortunately, some Massive Addons elements do not declare the support of frontend editing http://prntscr.com/igrxcy and that’s why it’s blocked I suppose. So, use the backend editor for the pages where you use Massive Addons elements. For other pages, where you don’t use MA elements, FrontEnd editor works, for example http://prntscr.com/igry9q

Hello Olga! Thank you for your return, I understand your explanations! I would like to know if this theme that I am using XStore it is compatible with the edito ELEMENTOR so in case I prefer I prefer to work with it!

I did a test and I installed and when I go to edit the home page animals (the chosen theme) by ELEMENTOR I only see codes

Note: I can only edit with Visual Composer in the Backend Editor function

Hello,

You can use Elementor plugin if you want but VC elements will be just text for the Elementor and you need to build all the pages from scratch.

Once you activate plugin you should get the following http://prntscr.com/ihp6i1
